* Service Times

Film processing: next day for most films. Ask about the latest film schedule. Copy negatives, internegatives, 48 hours. Copy slides, Retouching, Airbrushing, Hand Coloring, by arrangement. Please see individual print categories for their service times and details.

* Mail Orders

Please include your phone number with your order, so we may contact you directly with any questions, such as borders, paper choice, cropping, color balance, any potential problems, etc. For return of sizes up to 81/2 x 11 please enclose $5.50 to cover the postage and handling. For 11x14 please enclose $8.00, for 16x20: $15.00, for larger sizes: ask for postage and handling fees. UPS, FedEx, and other carriers will be shipped at cost plus $4.00. Prepayment is requested, along with applicable 9.0% Washington State Sales tax.

* Terms

Terms are cash, check or Visa/Mastercard unless other arrangements are made in advance. Approved accounts will be sent a statement at the end of each month which is due and payable the 10th of the next month. A finance charge of 1.5% per month may be added to balances outstanding 30 days or more from statement date.

* Limitations of Liability

While every film, print or slide submitted to us will be given the careful treatment and respect it deserves, the possibility of damage or loss is conceivable. The submission of such materials by you to us constitutes an agreement that any damages or loss caused by our company, agents, or associated companies will only entitle you to replacement with an equivalent amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, there are no warranties, liabilities, or guarantees of any kind, even though loss or damage is due to negligence or other fault. Prices subject to change without notice.
